- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites per SOPs.
- Travel Monday–Friday, overnight within a 150–250 mile service radius.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation by deadlines.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- At least 2 years hands on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
