- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades onsite.
- Overnight travel Monday-Friday within 150-250 miles.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely work.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Monitor inventory, complete service reports, and submit documentation.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
- Experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- OSHA certification or familiarity preferred.
- Able to lift heavy objects and operate power equipment.
