Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
Overnight travel within a 150–250 mile radius for service calls.
Ensure AMAROK security systems function nationwide.
Plan daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance.
Build strong relationships with customers through service, training, and support.

🎯 Requirements

Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
Valid Driver’s License.
At least 2 years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
OSHA certification and/or familiarity preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Basic math skills.
