- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
- Overnight travel within a 150–250 mile radius for service calls.
- Ensure AMAROK security systems function nationwide.
- Plan daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance.
- Build strong relationships with customers through service, training, and support.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- At least 2 years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification and/or familiarity preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic math skills.
