- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and route planning.
- Monday–Friday travel within a 150–250 mile radius.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting/installing security systems.
- Experience with access control or fire alarms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license; able to drive to customer sites.
- OSHA certification or knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft.
- Travel Monday–Friday weekly.
