Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites.
• Monday–Friday overnight travel within a 150–250 mile service radius.
• Organize daily service calls to ensure timely maintenance and repair work.
• Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
• Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
• Track and submit service reports and documentation on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
