- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Dept with site planning, compliance, inspections, and commissioning.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely maintenance.
- Build strong customer relationships through outstanding service and support.
- Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians to foster teamwork.
- Drive safely to service locations while following traffic laws.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Basic math skills for measuring and troubleshooting.
