Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
Travel Monday–Friday within a 150–250 mile service radius.
Ensure security and functioning of AMAROK systems nationwide following SOPs.
Build strong professional relationships with customers through service and support.
Assist with on-site installation and commissioning after construction as needed.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years hands-on troubleshooting/installing access control or fire alarm systems.
Valid driver's license; ability to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
OSHA certification preferred.
Lift and operate power equipment; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
