- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Plan and complete service calls, following SOPs for optimal system performance.
- Assist install dept with site planning, inspections, and commissioning after construction.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Travel Monday–Friday within a 150–250 mile service radius.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus)
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel to service locations
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service mindset
- Organized, capable of completing service reports on time
