- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Monday–Friday travel within a 150–250 mile service radius.
- Ensure security system performance nationwide.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls for timely completion.
- Build strong relationships with customers; provide training and support.
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws to reach service locations.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available for travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Basic math skills for measuring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and climb a ladder up to 30 ft.
