- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites per SOPs.
- Organize daily service calls and routing for timely completion.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Drive safely to service locations and follow all safety rules.
- Track inventory and submit service reports and documents on time.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting and installing systems (access control or fire alarms a plus)
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance strongly preferred.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects and work at heights as needed.
- Strong math skills for measurements and troubleshooting.
