- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair security systems to ensure uptime.
- Assist Install Dept with site planning and commissioning.
- Plan daily service calls and routes for timely completion.
- Build strong customer relationships with service, training, and support.
- Travel Monday–Friday within 150–250 miles service radius.
🎯 Requirements
- Must travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License required; OSHA certification preferred.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
- Experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms a plus.
- Able to lift and operate power equipment (aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
