- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Provide on-site field service to customer sites within the service radius.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely work.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
- Contribute to nationwide security by maintaining system functionality.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
- Experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to operate power equipment (lifts, saws, etc.).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently.
