Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Provide on-site field service to customer sites within the service radius.
• Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
• Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routes for timely work.
• Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
• Contribute to nationwide security by maintaining system functionality.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
• Experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to operate power equipment (lifts, saws, etc.).
• OSHA certification or familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently.
