- Conduct preventive maintenance on customer sites per SOPs.
- Troubleshoot and repair security systems to ensure uptime.
- Assist Install Dept with site planning, inspections, and commissioning.
- Travel Monday–Friday within a 150–250 mile service radius.
- Plan and route daily service calls for timely completion.
- Build strong customer relationships through service, training, and support.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (access control/fire alarms a plus)
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to travel Monday–Friday weekly
- OSHA certification or familiarity preferred
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects and climb ladders up to 30 ft
- Strong basic math skills for measuring and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
