- Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites.
- Assist Install Department with site planning, inspections, and system commissioning.
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls and routing for timely work.
- Support other Field Service Technicians to foster teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Monday–Friday travel within a 150–250 mile service radius.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with service, training, and support.
🎯 Requirements
- Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 2+ years hands-on troubleshooting/installing access control or fire alarm systems.
- Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively.
- OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance strongly preferred.
- Lift and maneuver heavy objects; climb ladders up to 30 ft.
