Field Service Technician

📋 Description

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
• Serve customer sites following SOPs to ensure optimal performance.
• Plan and execute site inspections with Install Dept post-construction.
• Prioritize daily service calls and routing for timely work.
• Build relationships with customers through service, training, and support.
• Travel Monday–Friday within a 150–250 mile radius.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be available to travel Monday–Friday weekly.
• 2+ years hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems.
• Experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy objects safely.
• OSHA certification/familiarity with OSHA compliance preferred.
