Onsite installation, qualification, upgrades, repairs, and preventive maintenance of sequencers.
Identify root causes and resolve field product issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Interact with customers to assist in service contracts and related products.
Assess maintenance needs and plan actions for instrument service.
Frequent travel within the EMEA region.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or MS with 1+ years in Field Service/engineering.
Experience with NGS sequencing instrument and run setup preferred.
Troubleshoot issues with complex lab equipment (chemistry, software, hardware).
Experience with multiple full life cycle product launches preferred.
Proficient with data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, C++, Java).
Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
