Participates in system deployment for service, delivering install, startup, and commissioning support.
Provides onsite fault isolation for electro-mechanical systems.
Identifies parts needed to resolve customer equipment failures.
Responds to dispatches on-site per SLAs (scheduled and urgent).
Maintains product knowledge and contributes to service documentation.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of field service or related experience.
Associate degree or technical certificate preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience reading electrical schematics.
Experience with 200–440 V high voltage equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent English communication and customer-service oriented.
Willing to travel up to 20% and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
