On-site installation, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance for BLI instruments.
Diagnose alarms and resolve technical/mechanical issues.
Perform IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
Triage, schedule, and provide customer support by phone, email, or visits.
Document tasks in Gator CRM and log customer visits.
Collaborate with customers, project teams, engineering, and sales.

🎯 Requirements

BS in bioengineering, engineering, optical engineering, or related field.
Minimum three years hands-on instrumentation service.
Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
Travel 50-75% (domestic and international).
Basic wet lab skills (pipetting, dilutions) highly desired.
Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ is a plus.
