Install, maintain, and retrofit instruments in the field.
Provide onsite and remote support to clinics.
Collaborate with engineers, clinical staff, and other departments to improve processes.
Feed back site findings to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with Engineering teams in New York, Stockholm, UK, and EU.

🎯 Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in engineering or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in engineering (desirable)
5+ years hands-on technical, engineering, or field service experience
Strong problem-solving mindset
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Able to work independently and collaboratively
