📋 Description

• Drive customer acquisition with in-store demos of Caper carts.
• Implement store-specific sales strategies and adapt based on feedback.
• Build relationships with store personnel as a brand ambassador.
• Provide regular reporting on customer interactions and insights.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly user acquisition targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct sales experience, retail preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with proactive goal achievement.
• Comfortable explaining new technology.
• Willing to work Thu–Mon schedule, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
• Pay rate: $34/hour.
