🎯 Requirements
- Current master’s student (or recent grad within 1 year) in engineering or business.
- First commercial experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
- Curious, scrappy mindset; proactively identify new tactics to source leads.
- Highly organized; manage multiple conversations and leads across platforms.
- Clear, positive communicator in writing and speaking.
- Passionate about Airbnb’s mission for belonging and economic opportunity.
- Familiar with social platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for engagement and lead gen.
- Experience with or understanding of small business owners or hosts is a plus.
- Based in Barcelona, Milan or Paris with deep local market knowledge.
- Native speaker of French/Italian/Spanish and fluent in English.
