📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Current master’s student (or recent grad within 1 year) in engineering or business.
  • First commercial experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
  • Curious, scrappy mindset; proactively identify new tactics to source leads.
  • Highly organized; manage multiple conversations and leads across platforms.
  • Clear, positive communicator in writing and speaking.
  • Passionate about Airbnb’s mission for belonging and economic opportunity.
  • Familiar with social platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for engagement and lead gen.
  • Experience with or understanding of small business owners or hosts is a plus.
  • Based in Barcelona, Milan or Paris with deep local market knowledge.
  • Native speaker of French/Italian/Spanish and fluent in English.
