- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.
- Strongly preferred: Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Korean, or Bengali.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
