- 8+ years with failure analysis tools: X-ray, FTIR, SEM/EDS, thermal analysis.
- 8+ years with data analytics tools: JMP, Minitab, Python, SQL.
- 3+ years managing teams in consumer electronics, wearables, or medical devices.
