🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Revenue Operations at a high-growth SaaS/tech company.
  • Experience designing compensation plans across quota-carrying roles.
  • Governing ROE and territory management frameworks.
  • Cross-functional programs with Sales, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
  • Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ICM tools (CaptivateIQ, Everstage, Spiff).
  • Salesforce familiarity and CRM data workflows.
