📋 Description

• Field Officer is the primary contact with beneficiaries on the ground.
• Work full-time on the field under the Field Manager.
• Promote GD's image and manage day-to-day beneficiary relations.
• Protect beneficiaries, ensure rights, and provide necessary support.
• Support field planning, daily reporting, risk review, and outreach.
• Align with GiveDirectly values and mission.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative field data collection.
• Excellent one-on-one communication with beneficiaries, including pregnant women.
• Ability to work in insecure environments and handle stress.
• Strong leadership and teamwork, with a gender-sensitive approach.
• Fluency in Lingala and French; Kikongo, kiyaka, or tshiluba are assets.
