- Field Officer is the primary contact with beneficiaries on the ground.

- University degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative field data collection.

- Ability to work in insecure environments and handle stress.
- Strong leadership and teamwork, with a gender-sensitive approach.
- Fluency in Lingala and French; Kikongo, kiyaka, or tshiluba are assets.
