📋 Description

• Audit field operations to ensure safe cash transfers.
• Conduct in-person visits to assess enrollment safety and risks.
• Identify process improvements and escalate key risks.
• Perform timely investigations of recipient cases and fraud signals.
• Maintain independence and discretion in day-to-day tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Public Health, Nursing & Clinical Services, or related field.
• At least 2 years of rural or community health experience; M&E or Fraud Investigation experience is a plus.
• Ability to audit cash transfers via in-person or virtual surveys.
• Proficiency in English, Swahili, and Luo (Dholuo).
• Strong data entry, computer/mobile device skills, and problem solving.
