Field Nation’s accounting team is growing to continue offering the most efficient and streamlined support to both internal and external shareholders. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be joining a fast-paced, collaborative accounting team that focuses on balancing accuracy alongside improving accounting processes. You will play a key role in efforts to reduce Days Sales Outstanding while providing superior customer service and help problem solve for functionality within the Accounts Receivable group and beyond.
What You’ll Do: Review accounts receivable aging on a weekly basis, reaching out to customers via email and phone for status of unpaid invoicesAbility to reconcile accounts receivable between Field Nation platform and Netsuite ERPProvide weekly updates to Accounts Receivable Manager and Controller on past due accountsProvide weekly updates to internal Account Owners on past due accountsProvide monthly and quarterly updates to leadership of DSO trendsCoordinate with and act as primary contact for third-party collections agency, monitoring and submitting perpetually unresponsive and difficult client accountsMonitor the Accounting shared inbox for collections and invoice related inquiries and respond within 24 hoursMonitor the public Accounting Slack channel, addressing and solving collections and invoice related inquiries along with basic requests and questionsAddress and resolved any assigned Salesforce cases related to collections and Accounts Receivable inquiriesPartner internally on Accounting projects and initiativesMaintain professional tone when communicating with clients at all timesAssist with reconciliations and closing process as neededAssist with Accounts Receivable cash application and billing as neededAid in implementation of accounting policies and identifying the areas of improvement.Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures You might be a good fit if you have: Proficiency in oral and written English - a must3+ years of previous accounting experience, preferably Accounts ReceivableCustomer Service experienceAbility to work night shiftCritical thinking and problem solving skillsSalesforce and Netsuite knowledge is a plusExperience communicating by phone to English speaking customers Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.Shift: 9 hours/day – 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)Hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.) Office Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh (Hybrid) Salary Range: BDT 65,000 - 95,000 Monthly Why we think you'll love it here: Mobile billGym MembershipMedical InsuranceFestival bonusPerformance Reward BonusGratuity benefit.Lunch/Dinner Facilities: Fully SubsidizedSound work-life balance - Regular working hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days a week.Friendly work environment.
