Field Mechanic

📋 Description

• Diagnose and repair company-owned and rental equipment.
• Analyze equipment malfunctions; perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair engines, fuel systems, drives, hydraulics, and related components.
• Document service activities with clear, timely reports.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate with equipment managers; travel as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years heavy equipment mechanic experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake endorsement.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training (preferred).
• Competent Person Safety Training (preferred).
• 8-hour Supervisory Training; 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety (preferred).
