- Plan and run demand-gen programs (ABM, campaigns, events) to acquire and grow Enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen, Communications and Product Marketing to localize UK campaigns.
- Build and manage an events calendar aligned with sales goals and GTM strategies.
- Organize Malt events and external sponsorships, leveraging available resources.
- Align marketing with Enterprise and global sales; lead business reviews and sales meetings.
- Analyze results and metrics to measure program effectiveness.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-5 years B2B field or event marketing experience (tech industry preferred).
- Experience supporting complex buying cycles with large sales teams.
- Strong project management; able to manage multiple projects autonomously.
- Comfortable with a fast-changing environment.
- English fluency required; Spanish a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot).
