📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AMER field marketing events—from logistics to on-site wrap.
• Coordinate Delight.ai presence at key trade shows and booth setup.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets across the portfolio.
• Track and report event ROI in Salesforce, driving program improvements.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma) to accelerate content.
• Travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in field marketing, event marketing, demand gen, or related B2B marketing.
• Hands-on event logistics: vendor coordination, budgets, timelines, on-site.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM for tracking event performance.
• Strong project management; can juggle multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
