πŸ“‹ Description

  • Support NAMER field marketing programs: sponsorships, dinners, roadshows, partner events.
  • Create and manage program timelines, run-of-show docs, vendor comms, and event logistics.
  • Collaborate with NAMER sales to ensure pre-event outreach, on-site presence, and post-event follow-up.
  • Help track budgets across NAMER programs, monitor spend, flag variances, and stay on or under budget.
  • Coordinate vendors for event production, swag, shipping, and on-site logistics.
  • Track event performance metrics and contribute to post-event analysis and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in field marketing or event marketing within a sales-led org.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting field marketing programs: sponsorships, hosted events, roadshows, ABM.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo; able to pull reports, manage programs, track leads, and support campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel; available for 20+ events per year across North America and internationally.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
