📋 Description

  • Own field marketing strategy for Australia, driving pipeline, MQLs, and new business growth
  • Scale field marketing programs across priority APAC markets, adapt by market maturity
  • Plan and execute digital and in-person programs: events, webinars, email campaigns, content-led demand
  • Localise and activate global campaigns for regional audiences and buyer needs
  • Work closely with Sales leadership and account teams to align marketing activity with territory plans, target accounts, and revenue goals
  • Track performance across all programs, reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and impact, and continuously optimise based on results

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • A strong track record of building pipeline and driving revenue through integrated marketing programs
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams, with a clear understanding of MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline creation, and territory planning
  • Comfort operating across multiple markets, balancing deep focus on Australia with a broader APAC mindset
  • A data-driven, commercially minded approach, paired with strong execution and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
