- Own field marketing strategy for Australia, driving pipeline, MQLs, and new business growth
- Scale field marketing programs across priority APAC markets, adapt by market maturity
- Plan and execute digital and in-person programs: events, webinars, email campaigns, content-led demand
- Localise and activate global campaigns for regional audiences and buyer needs
- Work closely with Sales leadership and account teams to align marketing activity with territory plans, target accounts, and revenue goals
- Track performance across all programs, reporting on pipeline contribution, ROI, and impact, and continuously optimise based on results
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- A strong track record of building pipeline and driving revenue through integrated marketing programs
- Experience working closely with Sales teams, with a clear understanding of MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline creation, and territory planning
- Comfort operating across multiple markets, balancing deep focus on Australia with a broader APAC mindset
- A data-driven, commercially minded approach, paired with strong execution and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
