- Own EMEA field marketing strategy, planning, and execution (sponsorships, events)
- Build and execute ABM plans with the EMEA sales team to map to pipeline
- Develop strong relationships with EMEA sales leadership; connect field activity to revenue
- Manage end-to-end program budgets; forecast, track spend, stay on budget
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and contractors to deliver events and programs
- Track and report field marketing performance (pipeline, event ROI) and refine strategy
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of field marketing in EMEA with ownership of programs
- Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent
- Experience executing sponsorships, dinners, roadshows, ABM
- Salesforce and Marketo; Bizzabo or similar event software
- Willingness to travel 20+ events per year across EMEA
- English fluency; additional European languages a plus
