  • Own planning, coordination, and execution of Fictiv corporate and community events
  • Develop event strategies aligned to GTM priorities, audience and experience
  • Build event calendars, project plans, and budgets
  • Lead event logistics: venue, vendors, contracts, travel, AV, catering
  • Manage booth design, demos, signage, assets, and brand consistency
  • Coordinate with Sales for territory coverage, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of field or event marketing in B2B/high-growth tech
  • Proven success managing trade shows, user conferences, roadshows, or community events end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience managing SWAG programs or physical brand assets
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; cross-functional with Sales and Marketing
  • Travel up to 25% and live within commuting distance to Oakland HQ
