- Lead event logistics: venue, vendors, contracts, travel, AV, catering
- Manage booth design, demos, signage, assets, and brand consistency
- Coordinate with Sales for territory coverage, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up
π― Requirements
- 4+ years of field or event marketing in B2B/high-growth tech
- Proven success managing trade shows, user conferences, roadshows, or community events end-to-end
- Hands-on experience managing SWAG programs or physical brand assets
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple events
- Excellent written/verbal communication; cross-functional with Sales and Marketing
- Travel up to 25% and live within commuting distance to Oakland HQ
