- Support end-to-end execution of Workato's tradeshow and field marketing events
- Own logistics for exhibitor deadlines, booth orders, shipping, badges, and hotel blocks
- Manage vendor communications with exhibit houses, shippers, swag vendors, and A/V partners
- Maintain internal event calendar and ensure teams align on timelines
- Coordinate internal teams on travel, briefings, staffing, and registrations
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, PMM, Communications, Lifecycle, and Marketing Ops to ensure event success
π― Requirements
- 2β4+ years in field marketing, tradeshow coordination, or event marketing
- Proven track record coordinating tradeshow logistics: booth setup, shipping, lead capture, briefings
- Detail-oriented, organized, precise, and thorough
- Experience managing external partners and negotiating sponsorships and vendor contracts
- Strong project management: juggle deadlines, multiple events, cross-functional input
- Collaborative, with experience working with Revenue, PMM, Communications, and Partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication; document clearly and follow up
- Data-driven; able to set KPIs, analyze performance, and show ROI
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Asana or similar tools
- Proactive problem-solver who owns on-site details
- Willing to travel up to 40% for events
