  • Develop integrated demand programs to drive pipeline in specified segments.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to align processes and communications.
  • Deliver regional field marketing campaigns: trade shows, owned events, email, webinars.
  • Measure and optimize campaigns: lead gen, conversion, and sales cycle metrics.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive marketing conversion paths to generate MQLs, SQLs, and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, PR or business.
  • 3+ years B2B marketing including events, content, multi-touch campaigns, demand generation, and multi-channel.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multi-channel tactics.
  • Experience collaborating with sales/dev teams to ensure lead quality.
  • Deep understanding of marketing-to-sales handoff.
  • Cross-team collaboration experience: email, webinars, digital, social, paid, content partnerships.
  • Knowledge of AEM, Eloqua and SFDC (or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
