  • Develop and execute North America field marketing strategy to drive leads, pipeline, and adoption.
  • Create integrated, data-driven plans with events, tradeshows, virtual sessions, and digital campaigns.
  • Track KPIs to evaluate field marketing performance; report insights to leadership.
  • Conduct cadence calls with stakeholders, sales leaders, and marketing teams.
  • Partner with sales to accelerate pipeline and conversions in target accounts.
  • Document best practices to scale programmatic marketing and team impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in field or partner marketing.
  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Proven track record driving B2B sales via field marketing.
  • Strong cross-functional marketing and co-marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana; BA/BS degree.
