Field Marketing & Events Manager, GPS

📋 Description

• Support regional conference and event planning logistics.
• Coordinate sponsorship activations and executive speaking engagements.
• Coordinate Scale AI Base Camp venue, logistics, and attendee invites.
• Assist GPS participation in the AI Leadership Summit with attendee invites.
• Maintain event plans, trackers, and internal documentation.
• Partner with Product Marketing and design on collateral and assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event management.
• Experience with GCC countries preferred.
• Experience coordinating events from 30 to 500+ attendees.
• Strong project management and cross-functional liaison skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting.
• Strong vendor management and relationship skills.
