Field Marketing & Events Associate, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Support global conferences and events, coordinating timelines, agendas, and operations.
• Track assets and sponsorship activations across events and digital placements.
• Coordinate Scale hosted event logistics, including dinners, happy hours, and customer events.
• Support Scale’s virtual event programs (webinars, fireside chats) and collateral.
• Maintain event plans, trackers, checklists, and internal docs for visibility.
• Partner with Product Marketing and design to coordinate collateral and assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years in event marketing and marketing campaign management, tech sector preferred.
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Experience managing third-party relationships and contracts.
• Attention to detail and proactive troubleshooting.
• Collaborative across teams, including executive leadership.
