Field Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests.
• Ensure work is performed timely and professionally.
• Assist with scheduling, oversee contractors, obtain bids, and check work.
• Purchase maintenance supplies for the property.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior and basic electrical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel within your region; field-based role.
• 3+ years of hands-on property maintenance or related trade.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry.
• Manage independent work orders, budget time/materials, and communicate with contractors.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; 75+ lbs with assistance.
