Oversee daily field operations and report to the Foreman.
Read and implement plans, perform layout, and adjust in the field.
Coordinate schedule, staff, equipment, and resources to meet project requirements.
Communicate with production and installation teams in the field.
Follow established safety rules and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
1-3 years of project field experience.
Problem solving abilities and adaptability to project changes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Welding experience required.
Ability to complete work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
