Field Event Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Field Marketing Strategy & Ownership: Own portfolio of Field Marketing events to accelerate the sales pipeline, drive customer upsell, and unlock growth in high-potential markets.
• Event Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end event planning, audience targeting, budgeting, timelines, logistics, and on-site delivery.
• ABM-Driven Field Events: Design events around target accounts; collaborate with Sales and Digital Marketing to activate high-potential markets; manage one direct report for RSVPs and attendance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing to align event concepts and messaging with account goals.
• ROI & Metrics: Track pipeline influenced, revenue impact, attendance, and engagement; use data to continuously optimize performance.
• Leadership & Operations: Report to the Director of Owned Events; supervise a direct report and establish scalable processes for registration and execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Field Marketing or Event Marketing.
• Proven experience owning Field Marketing events that support pipeline acceleration and revenue goals.
• Strong understanding of events as a marketing motion with measurable business impact.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Experience managing at least one direct report or project-based team members.
