• Prepare detailed and organized cost estimates and submittals for proposals.
• Assess and communicate project risks from proposal documents.
• Coordinate quantity takeoffs from project plans and documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years estimating experience in heavy-civil and geotechnical fields.
• Scheduling software experience (Primavera/MS Project).
• Estimating software experience (Bid2Win/B2W, HCSS, or similar).
• Quantity takeoff software experience (Agtek/AutoCAD).
• Excellent computer skills including Primavera, Microsoft Project, Office, Outlook, and Excel.
