Field Engineering Manager, Public Sector

📋 Description

• 50% field engineering: customer engagement and delivery
• 50% managing a growing team
• Lead a 6-8 person engineering team
• Cross-functional work with product, engineering, security, and delivery
• Translate customer problems into Scale workflows
• End-to-end delivery of custom workflows from scoping to implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience
• 2+ years of engineering management or equivalent
• Hybrid customer-facing engineer / forward deployed software engineer
• Python and JavaScript proficiency
• Cloud-native: AWS, Azure, GCP; Docker and Kubernetes
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
