🎯 Requirements
- Technical background in Physics/Engineering or related field (MS/PhD a plus)
- Proficiency with oscillosopes, network analyzers, multimeters, DC power supplies
- Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting dilution refrigerators
- Experience with sub-Kelvin cryogenic systems
- Familiarity with vacuum systems, P&IDs, and helium leak detection
- Knowledge of DOE, Six Sigma, or simulations for test/validation
