Field Engineer

📋 Description

• Travel 80–90% to support customer sites
• Install and implement hardware and services in industrial environments
• Partner with customers to ensure successful deployments
• Document field activities and customer interactions in CRM
• Conduct site surveys, customer training, and technical scoping calls
• Respond to escalations from Service Management as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Residence in Chicago, IL or Houston/Dallas, TX within one hour of a major airport
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a background check
• 5–10 years hands-on experience installing or troubleshooting industrial controls
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design
• Experience in industrial environments with safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and internal stakeholders
