- Own operational readiness for the Pecos plant ahead of customer handover
- Own plant performance and uptime during customer operations
- Support installation, commissioning, and startup activities prior to handover
- Troubleshoot operational issues and lead root cause analysis
- Serve as the primary on-site field engineering contact for West Texas site
- Execute preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance with technicians
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- 3+ years of field engineering or hands-on industrial experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in energy/electrochemical/hydrogen or industrial systems
- Familiarity with CMMS, spare parts planning, inventory and logistics
- Based in Texas or willing to relocate for commissioning (2026-2027)
