  • Architect and drive enablement strategy for Local Sales (SMB)
  • Improve seller productivity, ramp, and revenue outcomes
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, and cross-functional teams
  • Identify performance gaps and prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Lead the design of quarterly enablement roadmap
  • Own day-to-day enablement, roadmaps, and cross-functional influence

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in enablement, preferably SAAS/ marketplace solutions
  • Experience with LMS and knowledge management tools; Salesforce, Gong, Outreach
  • Ability to design and deploy AI-enabled enablement workflows
  • Strong cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder mgmt
  • Exceptional analytical, facilitation, written and oral presentation skills
  • Data-driven, with ability to measure impact and drive KPI improvements
