Field Dispatcher

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end work orders, inspections, and property tasks.
• Coordinate with residents and in-house technicians; verify completion.
• Maintain electronic records for field activities and communications.
• Own weekly metrics: SLA, AI escalation, and inspection rates.
• Lead escalated service requests and resolve within SLA.
• Communicate risks and portfolio trends with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset for data trends.
• Experience in property management or dispatch coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive by default; propose solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
