🎯 Requirements

15+ years in web performance or related fields
Deep expertise in Core Web Vitals, TTFB, rendering paths
CDN configurations, VCL/edge compute, caching strategies
Experience with HTTP/2/HTTP/3 and TLS optimization
Ability to link technical improvements to business KPIs and ROI
Consulting mindset with strong communication skills
